Once we start compiling your application, there is a $45 fee.

**Does the fee include a background check?**

Yes

**If my application isn't accepted, can I use the same application for a different property with a different company?**

Yes, all information part of YOUR application and kept in YOUR Tenant Solutions account. 

**What information is gathered and included as part of my application?**

Identity verification, References including: Rental, Employment, Personal. Paystubs to determine proof of employment.

**When can a tenant start their application?**  

Sooner the better. We encourage you to start now so you are ready when the right property comes up.
