Tenant Solutions is a for profit company. We work with other government agencies in bringing options to tenants, however, we are the only for profit tenant advocacy company that we know of. 

Although we are "for profit", all our services are specific to helping tenants drastically costing the tenant less to be a tenant. We also allow 3rd party companies to market on our site offering special rates or discounts to tenant specific services.

Tenant Solutions works with clients who are currently renting properties. We also work with non-profit organizations and government agencies interested supporting tenants.

The duration of an engagement with Tenant Solutions varies depending on the complexity of your situation. We work with clients on both short-term and long-term basis. We are here for you as long as necessary.

Being prequalified is a preliminary assessment made by a lender to estimate how much money they may be willing to lend you for a mortgage or other type of loan. It is typically based on basic financial information you provide, such as your income, assets, debts, and credit score.  

The terms "renter" and "tenant" are often used interchangeably, but there can be a subtle distinction depending on the context.  A tenant is a more specific term and often has a legal connotation. A tenant is someone who has entered into a formal, legally binding lease or rental agreement with a landlord to occupy and use a property.  The term "renter" does not necessarily imply a formal legal agreement or lease.

All tenants are renters, but not all renters are necessarily tenants. Being a renter can encompass a broader range of living arrangements, including informal or month-to-month arrangements.
